Was surprised to receive a beautiful package including an extra 8 oz candle and matches, besides what I ordered. Communication was still an issue, but appreciate the customer service follow-through in the end. Thank you!

Amazing Candles and Customer Service
Just got my 5 boxes of “I AM FIRE” and can I just that I am OBSESSED? They’re perfect for gifting and they came beautifully packaged. Not only are the candles amazing but the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL! Ran into some issues with delivery and Marlena from The Giving Wick was there every step of the way to help me out. She’s quick to respond and so polite. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES! (Especially ones that give back to the community). Love their business model and their products. You got yourself a forever customer for all my candle needs.
